First Party Fixed Fee Services
Our fixed fee services provide an innovative and cost
effective solution for clients who are frustrated with their internal collection results but are looking for an alternative to traditional
collections. These services generally involve a combination of letter and call campaigns. First Party programs are generally driven through
call campaigns and are initiated at strategic periods in the A/R Cycle, usually beginning at 45 days past due. Many times the First Party
programs can also involve an initial letter and also inbound calls.
Third Party Fixed Fee Services
Third Party Fixed Fee services are very powerful and effective programs to collect a high number of accounts at a low flat fee.
These programs are structured utilizing a combination of both Third Party collection letters and Phone Contacts. This tool is very
effective for accounts that progressed through normal internal collection efforts but are possibly not ready for traditional collection
agency efforts. Generally this is best suited for delinquent accounts that are between 75-120 days delinquent.
