Property Researcher

If you have an eye for detail and like the challenge of solving a puzzle, this job may be for you.

Property Researchers uses various internet research engines, as well as phone contact with city and county licensing offices to verify the owner of property/land, where our client's material or rental equipment were used in the construction, renovation, or repair of that property. This information is used to produce a Preliminary Notice / Notice to Owner, in relation to filing Mechanics Liens

An Ideal Candidate Should Have:

* A high level of accuracy and experience in data entry
* Internet navigation and basic computer skills
* Must pay very close attention to detail
* Must be able to succeed in a production environment, while maintaining quality work
* The ability to write effectively with proper grammar
* Skills to build and maintain a customer service driven organization and culture
* The ability to multi-task
* Knowledge of basic computer functions
* Typing skills of 25 wpm are required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Must be a Team player
* Experience in construction lien law or property title research a plus<
