Since the day CRFSolutions first went into business, we made the decision and the commitment to develop our own collections software instead of investing in an "off the shelf" program, like those used by our competition. Not only is there no true commercial collection software package out there, but by creating our own software, we knew we would be in a better position to make the necessary changes to our software and web interface as we began to develop the processes we use today that set us apart from the competition.

At the core of our technological infrastructure is our proprietary system which is comprised of CollectView, our Windows based software used by our collection staff, and ClientView, our web based interface that gives our clients access to their customers' accounts as well as the ability to create various management reports.
