Anthony Terry - President

President


Tony began his career in the accounts receivable industry in 1986. He co-founded Continental Recovery Services (CRF Solutions) in 1991. Together with the addition of key personnel along the way, he helped build the company into a successful third party accounts receivable management firm. He held the position of Executive Vice President Chief Operations Officer until November 2005 when he was named President.

His mission is to continue to work with the management staff to deliver the type of superior service and results that has become the trademark of the company.

Don Sullivan - CDO

Donald Sullivan

Don is a co-founder of the CRFSolutions and began his career in the collection industry in 1985 as a commercial debt collector. He has been the primary developer of the collection and lien management software that the company has deployed. His experience as a collector, and knowledge of software capabilities, has enabled him to develop software applications from a users standpoint, resulting in very user friendly and practical applications. In addition, his experience over the last 20 years dealing with over 1000 different companies has given him an understanding of the different challenges clients face.

Don is currently part of a team that has designed and created a new database platform utilizing the .NET technology that combines all of the proprietary software currently being used by CRF Solutions. Don's abilities and contributions make him an important part of this process, and will continue to help CRF Solutions provide the level of service to be a true national leader.

Donna-Michele Dorado

Chief Operating Officer


Donna has been in the Accounts Receivable Management field for over 25 years. She has a wide breadth of experience including operational management, new client implementation, construction notice processing and value added receivables management.

For the past 12 years, she has concentrated her focus in creating accounts receivable solutions for material suppliers in the construction industry. Donna provides key account management for high volume commercial credit grantors, operations support and insight for the sales team and detailed statistical analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement.

Donna is a licensed private investigator and a volunteer docent at the Presidential Library.

Tony Albanesi

Vice President - Collection Operations


Tony joined the CRF team in March of 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience in the credit & collection industry, with the majority in senior management. Tony oversees our collection department and his experience in operational management, client service, corporate administration and debt collection has helped him earn the reputation as an industry leader.

Tony is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Psychology and a Certification in Business Administration. He uses his experience and education to provide our clients with the best service available in the industry while emphasizing the development of the people and processes within CRF to maximize recovery and results.

Arthur Rivera

Quality Control Manager - Collection Operations


Arthur has been in the accounts receivable industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining CRFS in 1994, Arthur worked for Quest Attorney Investigations, where he gained extensive knowledge in asset location and skip tracing, which has enabled him to be solid in qualifying accounts for litigation. Arthur currently oversees all training and quality control in the collection department as well as the legal department.

His experience and leadership afford him a creative and dynamic professional style, which has in turn enabled CRFSolutions to consistently liquidate above industry averages.

Stacy Ford

Director of Client Services


Stacy has been part of the CRF Solutions team since 2003. She has over 25 years of experience in the accounts receivable industry. She believes that excellent client service is the key of managing a successful partnership with her clients. A true expert in the construction industry, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge to our Construction Notice and our Collection Services. She enjoys educating our clients and their staff about construction notices and the tools available to assist with their receivables management.

Stacy is very involved in raising funds for cancer research. She is an avid soccer mom. She loves hiking, and wine tasting with whoever would like to go! Forget Starbucks, she prefers a nice cup of herbal tea at home and a good book!

Laura Pavey

Director of Operations - Lien Management


Laura brings an extensive background in A/R Management as well as in process design and improvement. During her 20+ year career Laura has designed and implemented complex project plans for a healthcare financial services company and managed collection operations for a large commercial recovery agency.

Her current role with CRF Solutions is to oversee all aspects of our Lien Management Group. She is responsible for the development of process flows for internal and external customers.

Lynne Kline

Corporate Administration


Lynne joined CRF Solutions in 1993. Over her 20+ year career, Lynne has had hands on experience with all aspects of our accounting and administration. Currently, she is responsible for managing internal trust accounting, corporate bookkeeping and employee benefit implementation.

She is one of the keys to keeping the business running smoothly. Her eye for detail and deadlines keeps the office and her employees performing at an optimal level.

Production Manager - Lien Management


Mike has been with CRF Solutions for over 10 years now, and has become an integral part of our Lien Management Division. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities and quality control of the production floor, as well as running the many automated processes that are used throughout the workday.

Mike’s knowledge and his abilities continue to help us provide a quality Lien Management service unmatched by any other company in our industry.
