own collection department. The service can begin as early as when the first invoice is sent. The service components include initiating
outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, collection letters, account reconciliation, etc. Reporting and
notating individual records is a key component to resolving customer issues. The goal is to speed up and
improve both the collection and customer service process for a segment of our clients' customers that are not being serviced.
