The company has partnered with the Commercial Law League of America,
the nations oldest community of commercial recovery attorneys. The company
offers a variety of legal services including traditional legal services for commercial credit grantors. Out of state accounts are forwarded
through our legal department to a network of collection attorney's. There are a segment of accounts that qualify to be litigated through
a process known as "Perfecting" an account. This involves litigating accounts that have had a mechanic lien filed.
CRFSolutions also provides
an innovative small claims process for certain accounts that are better qualified for small claims.
LITIGATION

below the predetermined threshold, and have a positive chance of being collected through litigation, we will make the recommendation to authorize litigation.
SMALL CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
CRFSolutions provides a service that has proven to be quite unique in the industry. This service is the ability to administer Small Claims lawsuits on
behalf of our clients for those accounts with balances that are usually not cost effective to involve an attorney. Judgments are obtained much faster then
standard legal accounts at a fraction of the cost. This service has become a very effective tool to recover accounts that other agencies would recommend
you write off.
