Anthony Terry
President/CEO
Tony began his career in the accounts receivable industry in 1986. He co-founded Continental
Recovery Services (CRF Solutions) in 1991. Together with the addition of key personnel along the way, he
helped build the company into a successful third party accounts receivable management firm. He held the
position of Executive Vice President Chief Operations Officer until November 2005 when he was named President.
His mission is to continue to work with the management staff to deliver the type of superior service and
results that has become the trademark of the company.

Donald Sullivan
Executive Vice President/CIO
Don is a co-founder of the CRFSolutions and began his career in the collection industry in 1985 as a
commercial debt collector. He has been the primary developer of the collection and lien management
software that the company has deployed. His experience as a collector, and knowledge of software
capabilities, has enabled him to develop software applications from a users standpoint, resulting in
very user friendly and practical applications. In addition, his experience over the last 20 years
dealing with over 1000 different companies has given him an understanding of the different challenges
clients face. Don is currently part of a team that is designing and creating a new database platform
utilizing the .NET technology that will combine all of the proprietary software currently being used
by CRFSolutions. Don's abilities and contributions make him an important part of this process, and
will continue to help CRFSolutions provide the level of service to be a true national leader.

Donna Michele Dorado
Vice President - Key Account Management
Donna has been in the Accounts Receivable Management field for over 16 years. She has a
wide breadth of experience including operational management, new client implementation and value added
receivables management. Recently, she has concentrated her focus in Receivables Outsourcing Management
and Process Design. The architect of several successful Outsourcing engagements for Fortune 500
organizations, Donna believes the value of any business partnership is built on creating opportunities
for our clients to use our relationship to add value to their company. "The relationship should not
only improve their bottom line, it should also improve their customer relationships." Donna graduated
from Post College with a degree in Finance.

Arthur Rivera
Collection Manager
Arthur has been in the accounts receivable industry for over 14 years. Prior to joining CRFS in
1994, Arthur worked for Quest Attorney Investigations, where he gained extensive knowledge in asset
location and skip tracing, which has enabled him to be solid in qualifying accounts for litigation.
Arthur currently oversees all aspects of the collection department as well as the legal department.
His experience and leadership afford him a creative and dynamic professional style, which has in turn
enabled CRFSolutions to liquidate above industry averages consistently.

Stacy Ford
Manager of Client Services
Stacy is a 16 year veteran of the accounts receivable and customer care industry. From 1990 to 1998,
Stacy held positions as a Collector, Unit Manager, Client Service Representative and Client Service
Manager for National Commercial Recovery Inc. in Calabasas, California. From 1998 to 2003, Stacy held
the position of Client Service Manager for the Commercial Services Division at IntelliRisk management
Corporation. In 2003, Stacy joined the CRFSolutions team as Client Service Manager. She manages the
entire Client Service group and is ultimately responsible to deliver exemplary service to our clients.
