We are pleased to announce Joanna Pound as our May 2018 Employee of the Month.

Joanna has been with CRF Solutions for over 6 years and her experience and ability to professionally collect on clients’ accounts have helped the Collection Department maintain the superior level of excellence expected for our valued clients.

Joanna is a key player in the Collection Department as she assists other Collectors with the recovery of many accounts. Her tenacity and experience are unmatched. Her helpfulness, self-motivation and energy have been a large reason for Joanna’s continued success with CRF Solutions.

Joanna more than doubled her collection goal for May and has the top recovery percentage in the department for 2018. Joanna understands the importance of maintaining relationships with our clients to insure we continue to exceed their expectations for servicing their delinquent accounts.
