We are pleased to announce Yohanny Calderon as our January 2018 employee of the month.

Yohanny has been one of the most consistent revenue generators in our Collection Department since 2010. He had a fantastic January, collecting over 140% of his revenue goal! His recovery has been among the best in the department and his self-motivation, energy and experience have greatly contributed to Yohanny's continued success.

His strong client service skills, along with his ability to negotiate with debtors makes him a truly important asset to the CRF Solutions Collection Team. He consistently maintains the relationships with our valuable clients to insure we continue to exceed expectations for servicing their delinquent accounts.

Yohanny is a true team player, stepping up to help everyone within the Collection Department whenever needed. He is our top bilingual collector and has collected debts throughout the world.
